I'm fascinated by human behaviour and want to understand attitudes, motivations and cultural influences within a system. Detangling existing patterns and opening a view for the new.
Having lived and worked in Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and currently residing in the Netherland, the cultural aspects always play a role in my consultations. I work in German, Dutch and English.
My job is about people opening up.
Giving a trusted atmosphere.
I do get quickly to the essence of the issue. I like detangeling complex structures and helping my clients to rewire them.
I like to set actuable goals to mesure our process. If you manage to break the end goal down into small ones the steps are easier and what seemed unreachable before gets in sight.
